There is fuel in my four wheeler, and I tried turning on the ignition key, but it didn't work... Does anyone know how I can fix it?

It sounds as though your ignition switch is not hooked up correctly. Follow the harness from the ignition switch to the bullet connectors under the front body plastic. Make sure the colors all match up.

Where can I find the exact timing sequence for a suzuki four wheeler

every four wheeler I've ever worked on has the ignition timing fixed and controlled by the CDI. Mechanical timing usually invovles lining up the T on the flywheel with a mark on the cam shaft. you'll need a service manual for more specifics.

The starter will turn the motor over but not start it

johnnymleder, Remove sparkplug from engine. reconnect sparkplug to sparkplug wire. Make sure sparkplug is in contact with engine cylinder head. If you don't see a spark when cranking engine over( in dark garage at night) then something will be wrong with the motor's ignition system and will require servicing it to restore operation. If you see spark then reinstall plug into the engine. Do NOT connect ignition wire!!! Crank engine for 15-25 seconds. Do you smell RAW GASOLINE at the tailpipe??? If NO you may have clogged fuel system. Have FIRE extinguisher handy at ALL times when performing work on any fuel system!!!! Good luck with repair!! 12fixlouie
