Starts up fine when cold, but when it warms up, it shuts down like it's running out of gas. After sitting for 10 - 20 minutes, it will start back up and run fine till it heats back up again and then the problem repeats itself. It almost acts like it's not getting any spark. It's very frustrating.
I had the same problem. Changed fuel pump 2 x and still had problem. After hours of work discovered that the fuel line gets hot after riding or heavy use and then it causes what I would call vapor lock. I remove the plug on the fuel line where you would check fuel pressure, place the hose in a gas can then QUICKLY turn on the key then turn off the key. It pumps out fuel clearing the line. I then re plug the line and put everything back together. Then it starts right up. Then it works until it happens again & i repeat the process and carry on...lol ( on top of the fuel tank where it splits is where I disconnect it)
Could be the coil pack going bad or fuel pump. Find the coil pack and spray water on the outside of it. Not a lot just a stream to keep it cool. It should be on top. Here is a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woE4OIhCvAs

The Machine is new, do you have a warranty? Has the machine been sitting for a while? If so, a professional carb/fuel system cleaning and a new spark plug should take care of it.
I WOULD take it o the dealer and find out what the code means!!

Oil level good ? Fins on head clean? Or could be electic componets braking down due to heat start with checking resistance at primary coil
