ecu is probaby different. would need the harness and all the electrical components to make it work. you would have to cross reference the part numbers between the two quads to see what's interchangable

the rear differentials have been known to have some problems. you may have to open up the differential to make sure there are not broken or badly worn pieces inside. also check your u-joints.
