No model so unknown engine generic answer. Everything you need to break down the problem instead of throwing parts into it check for spark no spark need to Test and inspect battery fuse wiring connectors cdi/ coil timing flywheel rusty breaker all safety switches gear selector ( this is a list you may or may not have some depends on engine ) if spark check for fuel no fuel check for fuel fuel valve .fuel filter ,pump,carb , air filter etc can also search for repair manual for your machine
Are you sure it is a fuel problem? Sounds like it might be starving for air. Do you still have the problem if you remove the air box cover and air filter?
The voltage regulator is a 3"x3" box bolted to frame usually with 2 screws .. it should have a connector with 3 or 4 wires .. sometimes just removing and cleaning mounting surfaces will solve charging problems. ! Checkat battery with voltmeter ,, then start engine , voltage with engine running should be 13 + volts dc.

keep using liquid fire or other aerostart products and you run the very real possibility of damaging the engine
Fix the fault
It may be too simple but I have to ask, are you using a known good sparkplug, high tension lead and plug cap? Next is either the source coil isn't providing power to the "Black Box" or the pickup coil isn't sending a signal to the box to fire the sparkplug or finally the box itself is defective. To test further you will need a Shop Manual or Clymers manual and a VOM (Volt-Ohm Meter).
The battery voltage on a Suzuki I had would drop low enough during cranking with the electric starter motor not allowing the spark to be strong enough to run, the voltage regulator also didn't function correctly once and as the battery voltage dropped during operation engine would start to bog down and cut out due to low voltage for the ignition system.
Have you checked the main fuse? Why did you change out the solenoid? If it was faulty then good enough reason, otherwise these bikes are finicky you need to replace with same type and same wiring. There is only a couple of types.
Try putting the old solenoid back in, if it isn't faulty and see if it starts.
