The light will go off when the fault that is keeping it on is fixed. You need the system scanned for the fault code.

The ATV needs maintenance. If you have done the standard maintenance for the number of hours of use, then the maintenance counter should be reset. This may depend on the model of your ATV, check your documentation. no hub safety switch but there is an armature plate inside the hubs which engages the 4wd roller cage in the hubs. Sometimes the plate gets worn or damaged and loses it's effect on the roller cages that engage the hubs for 4wd. The way it works is like an electromagnet that attracts the roller cage and puts a drag on it. The rollers are then wedged on a ramp or taper that locks the hub and axle together so they drive. If you have power to the hubs that is good but the armature plates must also be in good condition with the proper pole gap so it has enough magnet power to put drag on the roller cage in the hub. I suspect you will need a replacement ecu/ignition system and voltage regulator assembly for the battery charging plus of course your blown fuses. But, won't hold your breath but you may be lucky. Check all of the fuses first.

Make sure the spring on the brake pedal that operated the park interlock hasn't stretched or come off the interlock, If the interlock and spring are ok,the problem most likely is behind the gear selector cover on the transmission. Water,moisture can get into this area and corrode the shift gears up or possible you could have broken tooth on one of the small gears

get the manual and read it? are you guessing all problems is breaker, it has both. why not post the problem first what is dead not told. key on all fuses/breakers have 12vdc on both sides , if not blown this is all a tech needs to know, lacking electronics training. 2005 has 20amp CB to the fan. the manual is not free,

The carburetor choke valve might be stuck open or not closing when the engine is cold. The engine needs a richer mixture to start. Too rich a mixture (flooding) can also cause trouble. Turn the fuel valve off to be sure the carb isn't leaking when not in use. If it smokes black on startup, it's flooding. Also check the condition of the spark plugs.
