Hello Anon.. First, I would check to make sure the carbs are getting fuel, and then fuel getting into the cylinders. Your question about low oil - did you let it get low and then it quit? ... If you put oil into the cylinders and only got 100psi, this might be your problem. You should be pumping around 120+psi without putting anything into the cylinders... Recheck the compression.= .take out all spark plugs...screw the gauge in until the o-ring seats, hold the throttle wide open while spinning the engine over for about 5 seconds... you should get 120psi +/- 10psi. If you are getting less than 100psi.. it might be time for a rebuild..

When you "hot wire" an ATV with a battery is the same as leaving the key on 24-7. This is not recommended..A good locksmith might be able to help you resolve your "switch issue" BUT.. the brown wire and the gray wire(both are ignition switch wires).. connect them and you should have power

Has it been sitting up? sounds like the carb needs cleaning... runs about 8-15 seconds then dies... sits for a few and then will do the same thing?? Have the carb/FI cleaned and set... repost with details..

Sounds like your battery is about dead... replace the battery and clean the connectors/wires/terminals.. and a little waterproof grease will stop the corrosion. Make sure the new connections are tight!

How do you know they are gas lines? Are they the same diameter? Why are they not still connected?Does this ATV have a fuel pump? If so they probably connect to the pump.. one is the fuel line and one is a vacuum line... the other probably an overflow.

What is the compression? This leads me to think you may have more of an internal issue. Have the compression checked, with throttle wide open, then repost with the results.

try them, worst case it doesnt start.

not to familiar with the part, but I have good success with using JB weld

pump is suffering excessive oil pressure you are very short on the details of the failure --broken shaft , gears , chain housing etc but I would be checking oil passage blockages, faulty pump pressure regulator spun bearing that the pump feeds into the oil galleys

just loop a wire around it so it doesnt fall in, it'll stay on the crank.

If it is water cooled it is probably a head gasket.

if it has a carb, clean it.

Check that the rev governor/throttle cable adjuster screw has not slipped out of adjustment (lock nut vibrated loose).

timing may have jumped and bent the intake valve causing it to blow back into the carb on the compression stroke.

if it broke the timing chain it might've bent the valve
