Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. There really isn't a good solution for this. To replace a cracked screen would most likely cost more than getting a new one. Sorry for the bad news.

Try this way...BE REALLY CAREFUL NOT TO DELETE YOUR FIRWARE only your songs,etc.

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
BE CAREFUL and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

Zvue uses a standard SD memory card (I think there may be a 2 Gig upper limit). Mine came with a 1 Gig SD card and I can use the one from my digital camera as a spare. I use an HP card reader plugged into my PC and just drag and drop files as needed onto the SD card. Then put the card into the Zvue. To convert the videos download "Free Video Converter" and use the following settings: Output format - Avi, Codec MPEG-4, Size - 240 x 176, Fps - 15, Bitrate - 4880. Choose Rescan from the Options menu, and then relax and enjoy the music.

What is the problem?

It is most likely that your battery has completely died.

Conect the ipod player to the computer where controls are acquired. For example, the computer would provide accessibilty to the mp3 player. media playes like windows media player, real one player, apple media players, juke box media convertors are the audio, video management software programs on the computer. As long as the computer would acquire media as videos, the computer mediaprofram should provide the transfer buttons between external connectable devices like mp3 players. However, the media players have various compartibilities recognisable as media formats. The mp3 player should have dictated the compartible format that is capable of being encoded. Important notes includes that, mp3 playes would only encode medias that have been loaded onto the computer completely. For example, if wanting to acquire music transfer to the mp3 player device, the music CD has to be extracted first into the computers media player like windows media player from where transferability is achievable into the MP3 player. Usually, the computer media player should state that the feature functionality is capable of MP3 IPOD transfers. For example, once login to the windows media player software, copy available media files from the files library into the player list area to be manipulated as transfers/sync. Also, the media player of the computer should recognise connected media devices with popup logos indicating transfereabilities.

If you can find the program Zorg it is the replacement for Zapp and can convert video files to fit the Zvue units!! You can use Windows media player v 10 or higher for mp3 files and not sure about converting videos to size.

To put music on your zvue spirit mpe player, you will need a computer system that you have music on already. i mean you must have stired some music on the computer system

I believe your zvue spirit player came with a usb cord, connect your zvue spirit mpe player to your computer system.

Go to my computer on the desktop of your computer, right click and open, you will see a drive or an icon representing your zvue spirit mpe player.

right click on it to open and create a folder that you want to store the music on.

Go to your computer system where the music are stored, highlight all and right to copy. Go to the folder you created on your zvue spirit mpe player, open the folder and right click to paste the music you copied from your computer system in it.

Safely eject your zvue spirit mpe player and go to the folder you stored the music to see all the songs.

update to sp3 and any hotfixes microsoft will give and it should have the drive pack Connect to USB 2.0 the back of the computer

You can use Ms media player ver 10 or 11. or iTunes.

haha just go buy one at any electronic store or buy it online. i reccomend going to BestBuy or RadioShack

can he scan the card ? if not you have to format the card !!
