My desktop screen is upside down, how do I get it to turn the right way up?
On some video cards there is an option to adjust the monitor screen in different ways; I suspect that you did this by accident. If you have a video card control panel in the system tray, that probably will help you re-adjust your monitor. If you do not, go into >Control Panel >Appearance and Personalization and look for your video control panel icon there. You can also consult the documentation that came with your computer and video card for more help. It should be in there.

Front panel headphone jack not working
Try putting your jack in 5-6 times, firmly but not roughly. There is a pretty cheap contact which may not be touching.
If it is a machine in its Warranty get in touch with supplier.
It's annoying as the cost of a jack socket is a few pence.
