Alternately said, a firewall on the computer disallows any program installations either achievable with CDs, Disk or DVD media or simple downloadable from networked structure of devices. Help !\r\n
Its a known problem.
You have to understand their Program Control configurations.
Have you set the learning period?
It will be a quite long post if I describes it here.
So you can check that
using this link
This is the manual.
Read and understand the Program Control Section.
But one more issue.
On Windows systems, screenshots of games and media players sometimes fail, resulting in a blank rectangle. The reason for this is that the graphics are bypassing the normal screen and going to a high-speed graphics processor on the graphics card by using a method called hardware overlay. Generally, there is no way to extract a computed image back out of the graphics card, though software may exist for special cases or specific video cards.
One way these images can be captured is to turn off the hardware overlay. Because many computers have no hardware overlay, most programs are built to work without it, just a little slower. In Windows XP, this is disabled by opening the Display Properties menu, clicking on the "Settings" tab, clicking, "Advanced", "Troubleshoot", and moving the Hardware Acceleration Slider to "None."
Free Software media players may also use the overlay, but often have a setting to avoid that, or dedicated screenshot functions.
After adding the program it may solve this conflict between the Adapter and the Program.

I think you may have some malware on your pc. Especially if its refusing access to any programme or the net and demanding money.
1) Don't send money is a scam.
2) Getting it off is a night mare. You'll need to take it out of the start menu and remove it from you HDD.
If you can get hold of or down load a copy of the ultimate boot cd for windows, this will boot with a windows type shell and then you can gain access to you pc files. or another operating system such as Ubuntu. you'll be able to do the same with this. Just dont install the software.
It would be best to Google this AV scam, there may be some advice there. But without actually being there, I can't help much more.

I cant open any virus scan program and cant open system restore
Hi,
I strongly suggest that you remove Zone Alarm from your computer before you start to install any other virus scan program as its presence prevent other programs to work when you try to install them. For sure I know about it!!!!, make your choice about a good virus program first and stick to it...and install only one, otherwise you are just asking for problems.
To remove Zone alarm completely you have to start you computer in 'Safe Mode' and then go to Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel section to proceed and then reboot.
Thanks,

I have virus scan running
You might have a program(s) that are conflicting with your virus protection or have a virus already! In my experience with virus stuff, I would consider reformatting. Doing a clean install of the computer and uninstalling ALL virus protection that might be stuck in it with the factory settings and then finally installing the one that you want.
And if you want my advice for which is a great virus protection program- I'd suggest Avast. It's free and incredible with protection, plus it's not a resource hog and will free some up for you so you can run your computer faster.
But I'm not an expert so if anyone else may have a better solution- go for it. :D

Struck up of system
Hi,
Zone Alarm 2005.....!!!!!..GET rid of it ..this thing provides more problems than it solves, beleive me (...and my version more recent than this). Start windows in safe mode and proceed to delete it in remove-install program section (if you don`t do this it won`t remove correctly). Reboot and after that you should be ok. Hint: ...get a life and choose anything else than Zone Alarm as a Firewall-Antivirus solution, 35.00$ or so is worth investing in something good, try McAfee.
THks

Downloading avg and incredimail
How long has the PC been connected to the internet without virus protection...try to run Adaware and see if it solves the issue.
http://www.download.com/3000-8022_4-10766151.html
select open not save, then run install. do full pc scan and delete all issues it finds. restart then try avg again. If that doesnt solve try to download it at a friends house and burn to a cd then install it from there.
