Znen 150cc scooter vapor lock
Take a look at the automatic choke. On my Znen 150T-18 I had the same problem. The automatic choke was stucn the on position. It would start then when it warmed up the choke would stay on instead of turning off. The engine would turn off.
I have a new 50cc
First, locate and replace the fuel filter. In most instances such as this the fuel filter (plugged) is the issue. If this does not fix the issue, you should also have an air filter - consider replacing both of these at the same time. If this does not fix the problem, I suggest taking it to a mechanic or place of purchase (dealer if purchased there) and having their technicians take a look at it, as it may be a plugged fuel injector. If it's under any warranty, the warranty should cover the cost of repairs.

it seems you have a vapour lock in the fuel line. With ignition OFF, use the kickstart to drag the fuel through. It should continue to **** fuel even though ignition is off.
It could also be a blockage due to the last bits of fuel being drained (along with all the crud from the bottom of the tank) so you may need to clean carb. Pull fuel pipe off carb end and see if fuel flows when the tap is turned on. It probably won't as it relies on suction for the vacuum tap to operate.follow pipe to fuel pump and look for priming button on the carb or pump. if you find one (some do, some don't) press it and you should be back in business.
