Describe your problem: Depress MONTH/DATE and ALARM1 for 3 seconds and display will show DST 'start' month,week,and date.
Display will show 4F 4.1, alternately flashing

4F = April First week. 4.1 = April 1.That is the old dates for change. What we want to do is to change to the new dates. Once it is done, it will change in the new dates as it did on the
old dates..

Hold down the MONTH/DATE button for 5 seconds, and while pressing the - or down button3 times, until the display shows '3'F2.
3 is month F2 is the week.
=March 2nd week.
You have successfully change the March changeover.

Now for the November change.
Depress and hold MONTH/DATE and ALARM2 after 3 second the display will show DST 'end' month,week, and date.
First digit will be 10 =month. second digit will be L=Last week, and date, will flash alternately.
While holding down the MONTH/DATE press the + or UP button once the display will show 11 (November) and F (first week) and 1 as date alternately flashing.

It's possible that there could be a problem with both record players. Here are some things to check: For the Swingmate Concert Hall Automatic Record player:

• Check to make sure the power cord is securely plugged in and that the outlet it's plugged into is working.
• Check to see if there's a power switch on the back of the record player that needs to be turned on before the main power switch can be activated.
• Check to see if the main power switch is stuck or blocked in some way. If so, try gently pushing or pulling it to see if it will move.

For the Zenith 4 speaker stereophonic record player:

• Check to make sure the power cord is securely plugged in and that the outlet it's plugged into is working.
• Check to see if there's a power switch on the back of the record player that needs to be turned on before the main power switch can be activated.
• Check to see if the knob is stuck or blocked in some way. If so, try gently pushing or pulling it to see if it will move.
• Check to see if there's a safety mechanism preventing the turntable from starting up. Some record players won't turn on if the tonearm is not in the correct position or if the record player cover is not closed.

If these suggestions don't work, it may be best to take the record players to a professional technician for further inspection and repair.

Some have a backup battery in the back or the base. Flashing normally is an indication that here has been a power cut.

Progressive Scan produces higher video quality than Interlaced Scan. If your TV is progressive scan compatible - and nearly all HDTV and DTV sets are - then a progressive scan DVD / Blu-Ray player / Home Theater System can give you a significant increase in perceived vertical resolution and a more detailed and film-like picture. You can always switch to Interlace Scan mode (and vice versa) via the on-screen menus at any time if you prefer.

If you don't have a cable box or satellite receiver, you will use the "Audio Out" or "Monitor Out" from the TV to any audio input on the receiver. It's just a standard RCA cable or if you have an "Optical input" on the receiver, use that. If you are using a cable box or sat, the audio would come from the cable/sat receiver by standard RCA, Optical, or Digital Coaxial, whichever your AV receiver will support. Hope this helps. Zenith Z212G radio, preset modification instructions

1. Display desired station
2. Press Memo Set button to make "Memo" flash on display
3. Select desired preset number
4. Press Memo Set button to save

I have a Chaowei projection alarm clock. I cannot set for the time to be projected continuously. I have to either clap or push snooze/sleep button. Is there a way?

sounds like you have purchased the wrong region coded dvd`s when you bought them from amazon? if you are in the US you can only play Region 1, Europe is Region 2 and so on. Unless you purchase a mlti region machine which is obviously not what you want to do then the only other play of playing the wrong region discs is to buy a cheap dvd player which has "DivX" compatability which will play any region for you.

Seems impossible to find. There was directions posted on FixYa which gave directions to a different Zenith models. While not the same, you may find the directions to this model similar to your Z358.

Press "display" and make sure the radio is displaying frequency, not time. Tune the radio frequency you want to add to memory. Press "Memo Set" and observe that "preset" flashes on the display. Press the number of the memory channel that you want to save to. Press "Memo Set" and observe that "preset" on the display has stopped flashing. The frequency is now saved the selected channel.

Disconnect your speakers when unit off and cold. Turn unit on and wait. If unit stays on, check speaker wiring for damage. Connect one speaker at a time with unit off and retest to find either a bad speaker or output channel problem. Repair speakers and wiring if found, or take unit for service, you have an overload problem.
