Make sure Windows Update service is running, then unplug and replug in your USB cable. If it doesn't automatically install the driver for it, select the option to search windows update for the driver. This should fix the problem, or you may search windows update alternative updates for a USB update. There are no drivers for this product outside of the windows USB drivers. Any website claiming there is a driver for it is more than likely offering a you a virus.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. I bought a Second hand Orion Or 603 Dvd/Vcr Combo but it came without a remote after tring well know companies Uneversal remotes without any help I managed to get a Oneforall 8 channel remote I took my machine to the company Games and one two three the problem was over.
