My zeepad tablet wont connect to my WiFi
This may be a firmware problem. I had this problem. Download a android firmware app. Actually it's called android firmware and updates app and it's free. I don't think these cheaper tablets update as they should, that causes them to not connect to the internet. Why? I don't know. It drove me crazy. I tried everything. My daughter figured it out after messing with the tablet for months.
I would like a refund, I am having problems with the pad changing screens, not deleting emails, showing "webpage not available"
Nearly ever single table manufacturer decided the tablet market was dead and got out. Along came Apple with it's iPad and suddenly a bunch of tablet makers came out of the woodwork with their own offering (after Apple showed them how it should have been done). They are essentially copykats. Their hope is that the general public isn't too smart and will fall for the mistaken idea that all tablets are equal. They simply aren't. There's a lot of junk tablets out there. Try and take yours back where you bought it. If you're lucky you can get your money back if you're not satisfied with it. Good luck to you.
Why is the screen using 62% of the battery
because it is the most important interface. When you leave the screen off, you also could leave the whole thing off. They still can't make cheap displays that does not use lots of power.
Where do get drivers for zeepad 9?
When you connect something to an USB port for the first time, don't hope to much. You have to be sure the computer has the correct software to recognise the hardware and can work with it. From Windows 7 and up, for all hardware that is certified with Microsoft, you can download the drivers from Microsoft. Lots of hardware is recognised when connected and will initiate a download from Microsoft. But not all hardware will do so and not all hardware is compatible (same as not certified by Microsoft from Windows 7 and up) with the new operating systems.
Most things that worked fine with Windows XP and or Vista, can fail with Windows 7 and 8, because the factory that made the hardware in the first place does not ask for certification with Microsoft for their old Hardware. They only spend time and money to get their new hardware certified on the new operating systems.
So to make sure your hardware is compatible with the OS. Check the manual and find out, what you have to do so it will work on your computer.
If your device was working on a USB2 port, it also should work on an USB3 port, on the same computer. But don't expect another speed, because the slowest part decides the speed.
Change the time zone to CST - it is stuck on GMT
Go into your settings, system date & time. Ensure the Automatic date and time is checked, along with Automatic time zone.
You can also make adjustments to time and date formats.
Back out, and restart your tablet to see if this works.
Date\time is a software function. Check to make sure you have the latest software version uploaded.
How do I turn on zeepad
Press and hold the power button until the display lights up with a symbol of some kind. If that does not work it probably needs charging or a replacement battery or servicing.
