I would try and contact the programmers that put these out and see what is going on. It may be that the game is not made to work with your specific unit.

Have you Try to update it, also connect to PC and update. Restore it to when it worked, or reset the tablet but back up all your apps first. If not broken should work.

Probably I can't fix it. Maybe you can fix it by taking it to a repair shop.

Contact the supplier for support, you should have a warranty for at least a year on the divice. You may need to proveide proof of purchase for service through a retailer. Good Kick

More than likely it is a hardware failure or loose internal cable (eg. Motherboard to screen cable). You can try a factory reset, but doubtful it'll work.
