Keys 8800 Treadmill Won't Incline
If your Keys 8800 treadmill is not inclining even though the incline motor is running, it is possible that the worm drive shaft has become damaged or has become disconnected from the motor. This is a mechanical issue that will need to be addressed by a trained technician. I recommend contacting Keys Fitness or a qualified treadmill repair service to have the problem diagnosed and repaired. It is important to have this issue resolved, as using a treadmill with a damaged or malfunctioning incline mechanism can be dangerous.

My Trojan Runx treadmill on start up is slow to get to speed and when i climb on while at speed you can hear it losing speed.
There could be a few possible reasons for your Trojan Runx treadmill to have this issue:
- Belt tension: The treadmill belt may not be tight enough, causing it to slip and lose speed. You can adjust the belt tension by using an Allen wrench to tighten the bolts at the back of the treadmill.
- Motor: The motor may be overheating and shutting off, causing the treadmill to slow down. You can check the motor by opening up the motor cover and looking for any signs of burning or overheating.
- Motor brushes: The motor brushes may be worn out and need replacing. This can cause the motor to run slower and eventually shut off.
- Power supply: The power supply to the treadmill may be insufficient, causing it to lose speed. Make sure the treadmill is plugged into a dedicated circuit and not sharing power with other appliances.
If you're unsure about how to diagnose or fix any of these issues, it's recommended to contact a qualified technician or the manufacturer for assistance.

Switch puts lights on but treadmill doesnt go on
Hi,
please restart your treadmill without standing on it to see fi the belt moves. If so, please decrease the incline of your treadmill and attempt to ride again. Please check for any debris under the belt (after stopping it) to make sure nothing is impeding it's movement.
Thank you.

What does error 11 mean and how to fix error 11
Hi,
it could be that there is too much friction between the belt and the portion of the machine below it. Try squirting some oil below the belt and let it run for a little bit before hopping on the treadmill again. Otherwise, you might need to have the treadmill serviced through it's manufacturer.
Thank you.

Discovery 415 error 11 will run for 11 seconds only
Error 11 on the Discovery 415 treadmill indicates an issue with the speed sensor. This sensor is responsible for detecting the speed of the belt and communicating it to the machine's computer. When the sensor fails or becomes dirty, the machine may shut down or display an error message.
To troubleshoot this issue, first, ensure that the machine is properly plugged in and that the safety key is securely in place. If these components are functioning correctly, check the sensor for any signs of damage or debris. Clean the sensor with a dry cloth, and check the wiring to ensure that it is properly connected.
If cleaning the sensor and checking the wiring does not resolve the issue, you may need to replace the speed sensor. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified repair technician for assistance with replacing the sensor.

Why won't my Technogym seat lower all the way?
Hi,
Please make sure there no debris stopping the seat from lowering. You can also apply a bit of cooking oil or olive oil along any metallic surfaces that the seat moves over to lower friction that might otherwise stop the seat from lowering to it's intended capability.
Thank you.

Ryobi IR002 Infrared Thermometer. HOW do I get into CALIBRATION MODE on it?
The manual gives no cluesThe specs are bad at +/- 5' C accuracy.Brian finds the Answer himself.Brian Burrell Aug 29, 2022ANSWER - To get into "CAL" mode is as follows: REMOVE BATTERY. Wait a few seconds, press trigger and hold trigger while you reconnect battery. (THE display will look a bit odd with vertical line thru the right most character.)RELEASE trigger and it will display 50C ( sorry i did this in celsius) Press trigger again and it will show "CAL". Press again and it will show 100C (212F) (boiling point of water) AIM at boiling water and water you know is at 21 F -press trigger, it will show CAL. press 2 more times till display reads 0C . AIM at ICEWATER BATH (I put a black piece of electrical tape inside the glasses BTW to get a better target. NOW... uncharted territory..... If you keep going it prompts for higher and higher temps eg 200C 300C etc.. So as to not undue the 2 calibrations I did at boiling point and freezing point I at this point just switched it from C to F and Back again.. This seemed to end the calibration. It works well now.

Where can I find my treadmill speed sensor?
If it's not in the typical location, there are a few other places it could be, such as near the front roller or underneath the motor cover. You could also try doing a visual inspection of the machine to see if you can spot any wires or components that look like they may be connected to the speed sensor. If you're still having trouble, you could try reaching out to online forums or communities for treadmill enthusiasts to see if anyone else has had a similar issue and found a solution. I hope this helps!
