You are absolutely right. The scroll bar on my Desktop is missing from the left-side menu, obtained by the "hamburger menu" button, top left. So I have nothing to put my mouse on to move the menu. With the menu activated, the scroll bar is missing from the right side, but when I deactivate the menu, I can scroll the page to its bottom.
