Make sure you are not using it then try uninstalling it from control panel / programs. If it still won't work download and install revo uninstaller.

I am going to assume you windows here. If it is a program, then go to the start menu and go to control panel. Look for and select programs and features, scroll down until you the find the program you are wanting to remove. Double click on it and it will ask if you want to uninstall it. Select uninstall and it should remove the program. Hope this helps, good luck.
