Do you know what got on it? I am not familia3r with the brand and thus dont know what material the clogs are. If they are cloth, I might try resolve or shout. If they are leather, I would try a leather clesner like 911 or fiebing leather cleaner

The good news is yes, the bad news is that you're going to do some leg work. First contact the manufacture, give them style name or model #. If the shoe is still in production they should at the very least send you a replacement. I've contacted many manufacturers, told them a customer has a problem with "such & such" shoe and they would send the part(s) directly to me. Obviously the repair would have been a lot cheaper if the customer did all the "leg work".
