Ydi ap plus won't reload factory defaults
Try This:

Unplug all cables from the router except the power cable. Power on the router.

Locate the reset button. This is typically a small hole marked "Reset."
- 3
Insert the straightened end of a paper clip or the point of a ballpoint pen into the hole. Press and hold for about 10 seconds. Lights will blink, indicating that the unit is rebooting.
- 4
Refer to your user's guide and follow instructions on setting up a new router.

Press reset button and hold or 10 seconds.

you should reset it back to it's default. there should be a reset button at the back of it. once you've set it back to it's defaul then you should set it up again. Let's hope this works for you
