Phaser 6010 not printing windows 7 64 bit
If this printer was installed from the network its possible the windows 8 driver was incorrectly loaded on the server or from the disk. Happens a lot. If you have access to the change driver tab under printer properties, change it to a windows seven driver. Those can be found at www.xerox.com, clicking support and drivers and then typing in the model number and clicking on driver/downloads. You can at this point either let the automated Install handle it, or cancel after it has extracted to c:\xerox and manually change the driver as mentioned above. PS and pcl make no difference, however I highly do Not recommend the global driver for this little guy.
Wont print from drawer 2
If you dont have the option to print from your computer it is a driver issue.
If the printer wont physically pull paper try replacing the Pickup rollers
