GO to you tube type in your question with your tablet details click search and when Videos pop up chose the following one "CONSUMER DEPOT " and follow the instructions to the letter .This should get playstore on your tablet .

Hello, First you can remove the battery for 2 mins and put back in and see if this fixes. If not, then you will have to call cust. or tech support for the manufacturer of the tablet and walk thru trouble shooting with them. They will either send you a file to download the operating software again or send in for repair.
