The only thing you can do is contact the company that makes this product. It might be cheaper to purchase a new pair of radios complete with chargers.

Check to make sure the batteries are installed correctly. Many times they have an insulator placed between the contacts to keep them from running down.

These show up on e-bay all the time; I suggest you look there. Regards.

The Vendor's site appears to be under construction, and I don't see any Drivers or "Help" there. Maybe this is why no one has responded. Sometimes there are no new drivers for old technology, but I wish you luck.

Do a search on eBAY. There are lots of second source batteries there and they seem to be decent quality. I have bought many for all sorts of devices from these venders.

Usually one can replace them yourself,, but make sure you do get a rechargeble type battery as replacement.

your device should be marked with polarity and voltage requirements. Any power supply with the correct plug meeting those specs (if amperage isn't marked, look for one that is between 500- 1000 mA) should be fine. MAKE SURE it is a DC supply if the device you are using is marked DC.

Many times the hissing can be caused by a bad or poorly charged battery, or by activating an interference eliminator code in all your radios. First, we would suggest changing the battery, or exchanging it with a known good radio's battery to see if the problem clears up. Environmental RF can also cause issues, so you might check to see if the same problem exists in a different location. If these suggestions do not solve the problem, then you possibly have an internal issue which would deem the radio non-repairable. Parts and schematics were never offered for this line of radios. Thanks to all of you for your detailed comments I found an easy way to repair the boom box. Many of you said that if you pushed down on the radio hard it would play so I tried it and I too had the same problem, but since it is impossible to stand all day holding the radio and get anything else done I figured if you can't lower the radio raise the plug! Here is what I did, first unplug the radio so you don't short anything out, then at the front of the plastic plate the radio plugs into gently pry it up with a lock blade knife (as a rule kitchen knives are too flexible) then get a small self tapping screw (the smaller the better) and screw it into the gap made by the knifeyour radio will now play without holding it

Not worth the purchase price of batteries. Can buy similar radios for cost of new batteries

There are a couple of different ways the antenna connection can break. Docks and antenna replacements are available, though the actual prong itself may be difficult to track down.

First make sure it is charged then press and hold the power swich for about 2~3 seconds do not let go right away as the first of power up will put you in the time set /program mode.

make sure you are using the line cord that came in the box with the telephone as this won't work with a different telephone's cord.

Is there a trident symbol flashing in top left corner? if so, press menu, down to setting, press ok, down to handset setting, press ok, down to register, press ok, enter pin 0000, press ok and at the same time press and hold the handset locator button on the base station for 10 seconds.
