If you are referring to the power up access code screen that comes up when you first turn on your computer, it can be erased by removing the disc type button battery located on your motherboard. Either this is a overheating problem, need CPU fan for this. If this doesn't work, then it could be a hard drive problem. If not, then motherboard is probably going bad.

Do you mean you have forgoten your account login password?. If you have press Ctrl > Alt + Delete and enter you administrator passowrd. This should be administrator for username and password.

Once in click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts. Find your Username and change the password. Click Apply

Log Out and you should be able to log in with your new Passowrd.

If not change the password using your Operation System CD.

The chargin element is defualty and this unfortunitly is part of the motherboard logistics you will need to replace the element on the motherboard or the motherboard itslef witch can be costly.
