Just answer have taken money that l wasn’t aware of lnitially was to be $5:00 x2 but am seeing there is $56:00 taken Can’t get in contact with them either

take the matter up with just answer as fixya site has nothing to do with them most sites have a contact us right at the very bottom of the page in small writing and it is an e-mail contact

Hello. both my sim cards all of a sudden were not being read anymore. I called yesterday. they told me to save my data and clear and set back to factory. I did that. sims are still not read.

Amazon or eBay are great options for cheap prices on batteries if you can wait the shipping times. Otherwise check your local cell shops or even swap meets
