I bought freezer a month ago its like new only

This is what is called the syndrome of long time relaxing. If the freezer stayed for more than a month not used there is a very big chance the Freon stayed in with pressure and some humidity at some points so if at any point of the piping system there were a weak point then you probably had a Freon leak.

So you may have a freezer that looks like new but the cooling is in bad situation.

You can confirm this if you touch the condenser and after 1 hour you had switch it on, then the temperature of condenser should be about 110-120 F. If it is less than 100 F then you had a Freon leak.

In this case deal with Freon is not a DYI job since you need special tools and also you need to have a special licence for this.

We have consider that the compressor if working fine.

Defrost the freezer

Hi,
The easiest and fastest way to defrost a refrigerator is to remove all product... turn it off....then use a hair dryer or heat gun to melt the ice... be sure to have towels or another absorbent to soak up the water as the ice melts...
Once ice is melted, then plug unit back in and place product back in unit...

How do I defrost the

Hi.

This is a manual defrost unit, it does not have defrost system, and no defrost control. Defrost is done by unplugging the freezer power cord or tripping circuit breaker and leaving power off overnight.
Before unplugging, check if there is a drain plug on the inside floor of the freezer , use an adapter and hose connected to drain plug and put a container under the hose, defrosting will release water. Most models have drain plug, but some model does not have it.
Leave unit disconnected from power overnight to allow defrost.

• To defrost, always unplug unit first.
• Never unplug the freezer by pulling on the power cord. Always
grip the plug firmly and pull straight out from the receptacle.

Lost key

the keys they use are not very high security,so pop along to a local dealer and offer him $20(?) dollars as a deposit, to "borrow" some keys so that you can try them at home, and when you find the right one,get some cut.....may take a couple of trips, but its the easiest way.take some tags to mark the showroom models of the keys,so when you return them(same day)you only need to pop them back in the unit in the showroom.do you know that the ladies will get more joy,if they talk to a femail assistant.

I have a 2-door freezer

Hi,

The defrost heater may not be working properly (timer stuck, heating element burned out, bad defrost thermostat,etc.). The unit should go into defrost mode about every 6-8 hours typically and last about 30 minutes (depending on model of freezer). During defrost cycles the compressor and fan do not run (don't want to keep cooling while trying to defrost). Once defrost is over, the fan and compressor get power again.

Water is dripping in side the freezer, and

You have a plugged drain hose. Defrost unit then check drain hole to see if clear. These have a real problem with that. This company is out of buisness now.
