Uninstall the WinZip, restart computer and got to WinZip website and download WinZip's free trial again.... Should be good to go.. If that don't help just buy the program, but not just the program, get the Software CD, that comes with serial key this way you will always have it handy. and a short tip to.. If it's free online then ovoid the downloading updates when when there due cause that way you will just continue to use that same version and ovoid the ending trials.. To configure WinZip to use another interface:

1. Click the Settings tab in the ribbon.
2. Click the WinZip Options button.
3. In the WinZip Options dialog that displays click the View tab.
4. Choose the Legacy menus/toolbar radio button or the WinZip ribbon interface radio button.
5. Click OK.

Depends on the browser you are using. Most, including the new Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Cybefox, will show a pop-up whenever you begin to enter your log in information. i like rarlabs. it has registration prompts after a period of time, but you just click ok and it continued, plus it supports many other algorithms.

I would uninstall the old program first, through Programs and features, reboot and then download and install the newest version of Winzip. Before any of that, why not just use the compression program built into Windows? Right click on the file and choose "compress file"

This reads like a request for you to enter a registration key code to initiate the full service of the winzip driver updater. Sometimes 'other software' piggy-backs on software you download. This is a useful program to find outdated device drivers in your computer, and search online to find updates. The free version want's you to pay for a registration number to upgrade to full service. You can delete the program if you don't want it.
