oL is an Overload error. Try running a cycle empty.
If oL (overloaded) appears in display, the load too large. If an overload is detected, the washer will drain any water and detergent in the washer. Remove several items and add HE detergent. Close lid and press START/PAUSE.
have you unplugged the unit for 5 minutes to try and reboot the electronic control board yet ?
If not unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 5 minutes or more then give it power and see if it fixes it or it does the same thing.

Try a mainboard Reset. Pull the mains plug before bed tonight. Tomorrow, press and hold the on button for 30 seconds, then let go and plug it back in.

The most OBVIOUS guess would be the cold water FEED is connected to the WRONG (hot water) side...
Try reversing those hoses from the wall.

Question edited for clarity and spelling.The cement is a balance weight. The leak can't be from the concrete block itself, so it must be from where the concrete block is fitted to the drum. If you can dry it thoroughly, yes you can seal around it with silicone caulking.
Never ever use the features of a Self Cleaning Oven. We see the damage they do here on Fixya, and the worst is the door not unlocking, and the most expensive is when they fry the mainboard.
They all have a door interlock. If you were to open it when it was running, it would frizz your eyebrows!
