My Aqua Glass Whirlpool tub

Your motor is shot. you need a new pump. If it comes on and you can hear a hum then it is bad. If you can get us a model number of the pump we can recommend a replacement model for you.

Air jets wont turn on

  • Check the circuit breaker to make sure the power is on at the controls.
  • Check power coming out of the control going to the air blower
If there is no power coming out of the control when it should be then you have a bad control box.

Wiring from pump to on switch has come loose

You can look under the tub where the fitting is located and there is usually a nut holding that button in place.RodU S Parts Center888-521-6183

Push button on my jacuzzi won't start it despite power going to unit

The air button on your tub may be bad and not sending enough air to the air switch located on the bath pump. The way to check this is to remove the bath pump and see if you can turn the bath pump on by taking a large straw and blowing into the air switch on the bath pump to see if you can get the bath pump to turn on.If the bath pump comes on then you know you have a bad air button. If you cannot get the bath pump to turn on then remove the air switch and plug the two wires going to the air switch together and then plugging the pump into a power outlet you know has power. If the bath pump comes on then you know you need a new air switch in the motor. If the motor does not come on then you need a new bath pump.RodUS Parts Center888-521-6183
