yes you can but u have ton download another whatsapp so u will have 2 whatsapp in your phone with separate number
follow bellow procedure.
1. put the other sim in another phone does not require internet u only need the sim to be in a phone in terms of setting up the whatsapp which they will send u a code to confirm the sim
go to your android market like playstore search for
GBWhatsApp download it and set it up in clude the new sim number which you intends to use as the second number during set up
2. a code will be sent to the new sim number to verify the sim enter the code and u ready to go

It will show "busy" status. If you add 2+ people and make a group call like we do conference call generally then it won't show any status. Actually,I faced this situation 3 days before and then,again made call to three people just to show what it shows then but,it didn't say anything. It'll display message. Showbox Updates
