Slow rate of charge
Have your battery checked with a hygrometer to test the condition of the electrolyte (if possible). If its a premium battery (not lead acid), and more than 3-5 years old, it may need replacement.

Problems with wfco wf8735p
Look in the box and check the 40amp fuses to see that they are not blown.Make sure there is no power before you do this.Also disconnect the battery,just as extra precaution .
Wfco 8735p fan not working
As I have said in another post,diconnect all power and check the large fuses in the wfco to make sure they are not blown, they should be about 40 amp fuses.Although it is possible that the fan is gone, you can lube the fan, it is similar to a computer pc fan . You take it out and on the middle of the fan blades there should be a sticker, you peel it back and add about two drops of 3in1 oil and put the sticker back., reassemble the fan in its place. This may help.

12 volts to 6 wow not a good thing to do my friend, check your converters power out put bye connecting a load to it,IE headlight or other load if it no light it no workey check for power to the unit AC check for fuses open if not replace the converter, all is OK if you did not get smoke when you connected a fresh set of battery's to your unit toy hauler distribution system.best regards Falco
