Remove the control panel. Just did it! 7 screws I think On the side, small battery holder, 3 screws

If the breaker is bad it will not reset to the on position Check the breaker in the elec box

see the video and proceed according. and fix it. However you must test the c. breaker from your outlet box, put some lamp desk , and see if work, if does the problem is the machine for troubleshooting, and contrary case. Rsset the c. breaker.God bless you
