I just put my warrior
You may need to adjust the trigger with the allen screws. One screw comes up under the
trigger and the other is straigh in line (you can see that one). Also, make sure you got the grips on right and didnt pinch or pull a wire loose( I did!). Will it fire with the eyes off (press the on/off once after power up to get to eyes off mode)? You should be able to see the magnetic part of the trigger as it moves toward the switch point inside the grip-frame. Is it traveling far enough into the frame to hit the switch area?

Usb device not detected mouse
try a new mouse or try the current mosue with another PC that will give u a fare idea of what's wrong...if the mosue is ok then it should work in another PC else, u nned to get a a new mouse...
another option is to buy a new PS2 mouse that can go into the external keyboard/mouse point behind the laptop, that way if there is an issue with ur USB port it will be known...

I can't page up or down
buttons are enabled
and
What Toshiba do you have? Without knowing that it is would be hard to help you.
Is this a new laptop?
One suggestion I can say is: Check on near at the mouse pad area to see
if there is any button that enables or disables features of the mouse
pad.
or esle uninstall and reinstall the touchpad driver and restart the computer hope it will help...good luck

Hp Wireless Keyboard 5189URF (K) Rev 2.1
Is this off line or just online? If just online it is probably a internet connection that is not steady/poor service. or you favorite forums are having Dbase troubles.
If it is on and offline it sounds like system lag. You are either overtaxing a slow comp or are Sypware infected.
1) Use Spybot and Spyware Blaster to help secure your system. Both free.
2) Run your Anti virus and Super Spyware Revover.
3) Schedule boot scans for SSR, Spybot and your Virus scanner.

Internet connectivity - mouse related?
Purely coincidental, especially if your mouse was plug and play like 99% of them out there today. My guess is that you are having a totally unrelated problem with your internet. If I was going to troubleshoot it, I would simply remove the mouse and any software that you might have installed with it and then check the internet connection.

Usb not recognized
Try to load the BIOS defaults. Tap F2 when you turn it on. On the
system setup screen, press F9 to load defaults. F10 to save and exit.it might not work on vista but u can try this
try uninstall and reinstall the USB driver.
Start Menu>Control Panel>Device Manager>Universal Hub
Controller, right click the driver and then click uninstall. then
restart your computer so that it may reinstall your driver.
Toshiba laptops in the past have supplied only about 100ma (rather than
the 500ma usually available) at the USB ports. (That's to make the
battery hold its charge longer.)I definitely can not guarantee that a powered hub will solve the problem. You might make arrangements to borrow one.try and perform allthe steps above and try and reinstall the operating system also if still it doesnt work then definately replace the motherboard or take it to the local technician and tell him to replace the motherboard......hope this will work
