Try one monitor at a time, if you get nothing, reseat the card, if you get nothing try another port like display port or hdmi. If you get nothing take the card out and try the onboard graphics. IF you get something with the onboard, replace the card.

Your Gpu (Graphics Processin Unit), support a dual monitor mode. The first thing you want to do is to connect your 2 diffirent monitors in the gpu (2 seperate ports). Then go right click on your desktop and select screen resolution (or properties for windows XP or below). Then click on detect and after that identify. Check the air filter is clean. Did you run out of fuel at some time in the last few months, if so change the fuel filter.

Just a few things to check... Do you have the right wattage power supply? Do you have another card, or older card you can try and see if the motherboard or other component problem. Do you have a friend that has a PC that will let you see if the card works on their system. I have seen new cards come out of the box dead and had to get them RMA'd
