If your amp is shutting off when you turn up the volume it means that it's clipping. This is very bad for both your subs and amp. The reason this happens is because your amp doesn't supply enough wattage for your subs and the capacitors are being drained of power causing your subs to cut out. As far as ohms this is not a setting. It is resistance and is very very important to have your ohm load correct or it can cause damage to your amp n subs. I got the wrong adapter for my antenna and tried to do that you may be able to get it rigged in there but the reception will be horrible they cost like two dollars just go to a car audio place and tell them you need one

Try checking your fuses. If the radio doesn't come on a code is not going to do any good. As far as I know these radios don't require codes anyway.

Anyone solve this problem because I can't get my Faceplate to come on either everythings hooked up right it even ejects but no facplate i just bought this brand new from walmart...Anyone find a solution?

for amp remote, it should be blue/white. power antenna remote should be blue.
