I have a vintage 1995 Holiday Workshop Merry go Round but it played lights and music for 1 day and that feature is not working anymore any solution to it

If it's battery-powered, check the battery terminals for corrosion from a leaky battery. If you see corrosion, dry brush the crusty stuff out first, then wipe with a paper towel dampened with vinegar. Polish out any remaining corrosion with Scotchbrite (preferred) or fine sandpaper. If the corrosion is severe, it may be necessary to replace the battery contacts. You may be able to find a generic battery holder and use the contact springs from that.

It was working but there's no sound to my speakers from my naka michi RE - 3 vintage

If there is no sound coming from your speakers connected to the Naka Michi RE-3 vintage receiver, you can try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Check Speaker Connections: Ensure that the speaker wires are properly connected to the appropriate speaker outputs on the Naka Michi RE-3 receiver and that they are securely attached to the corresponding terminals on the speakers. Verify that the connections are not loose or damaged. 2. Speaker A/B Selection: If your receiver has multiple speaker outputs or A/B speaker selection options, make sure the correct speakers are selected and enabled. Check the receiver's front panel or remote control for speaker selection buttons and confirm that the desired speaker configuration is chosen. 3. Volume and Mute: Ensure that the volume on the receiver is turned up to an audible level. Also, check if the receiver or remote control has a mute function enabled, and deactivate it if necessary. 4. Input Selection: Verify that the correct input source is selected on the receiver. Use the input selector buttons on the front panel or remote control to cycle through the available input options until you find the one connected to your audio source. 5. Test Different Inputs: Try connecting a different audio source (such as a different device or source) to the receiver and see if there is any sound output. This will help determine if the issue is specific to the current input or if it is a broader problem with the receiver. 6. Check Speaker Impedance: Ensure that the impedance of the speakers matches the recommended range for the Naka Michi RE-3 receiver. Using speakers with an impedance outside of the recommended range can result in low or no sound output. 7. Reset or Power Cycle: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you can try resetting the receiver to its factory defaults or power cycling it by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. If the issue persists after performing these troubleshooting steps, it may indicate a problem with the receiver's internal components or circuitry. In that case, it is recommended to contact a professional technician or Naka Michi customer support for further assistance or to schedule a repair.

How do I get pernament marker off a vintage doll changing table

Hair spray or cellulose thinner. Wet it and cover it with paper towel and two layers of clingfilm. Wait 5 minutes and wet it again. After another 5 minutes, wet again and wipe it off. It may take any finish off, but you can respray or stain it.

What battery size is needed for vintage watch, Mickey Mouse Talking Wrist Watch In Package Sealed , made by Sounds Fun

Tip & How-To about Watches Changing Watch Batteries Lots of posters ask "what is the battery in my (name of watch)" with a view to changing it yourself. This is a bad idea for many reasons. You don't have the tools or knowledge to remove a rotary screw on back, or the gasket sealant for a waterproof watch. Some fashion watches have 4 traditional screw and need professional grade jeweler screwdrivers. Also, there are about 20 batteries commonly used in watches, in various sizes and internal technology, Lithium Ion, Silver Oxide and Manganese Alkaline. If you buy them, you generally have to buy 10! Don't sweat the details. Just take the watch to your local jeweler. They have all the batteries at hand and the tools to remove the back. It is done whilst you wait for $8 to $15! I have purchased a vintage magnovox AZ9855 boombox .tape player and radio work fine. CD player displays DEF and doesn't respond at all .turning off and on at times says start then DEF.

If a CD player doesn't work there isn't much the user can do - putting in a disc the mechanism should be heard to spin; if it doesn't spin the process will go no further and it is a task for the repair shop. If the disc does spin the laser will try to read the disc and if it fails it will be worth cleaning the lens but again if that doesn't work the repair shop beckons. I have never seen the DEF message and don't know what it means unless it is an abbreviation of defective...

Lullabye crib from 1966...Is its orig paint lead-free?

It is possible that the paint used on the crib did infact contain lead. "Lead" paint was deemed unsafe and banned from use in 1978. Best way to check this is to go to your local hardware store and request a lead test kit. Follow the instructions as each test can be different. Hope this helps.

Vintage Magnovox Console Stereo with AM/FM, turntable, and 8 track player. Model # PF6726. Left speaker quieter than right in Phono mode. Fix?

You need to determine if the cartridge is playing up. You can do this by swapping the connections around at the back of the cartridge. If the weak sound goes to the other channel replace the cartridge. If it doesn't then the pre-amplifier for the cartridge in side the unit is faulty. Assuming you have a magnetic cartridge fitted.
