I cannot change the program on my viking dishwasher

Dishwasher will not fill with water

see this possible causes:Drain line/air gapthis is the principal problem, clogged the input pipe lines. Test it. Pumpsome fragments inside of the pump. Drain valve and/or solenoid Belt Motor Timer sincerely. God bless you
