Never worked, except for some
Start with taking the flashlight to Radioshack if you do not own a multimeter. test the LED resistance. It should be greater than 0 if not the LED is bad.
If that is not the issue then test the connecting points for the batteries. When the buton is pushed to the "on" mode there should be less than 1 ohm resistance in the circuit. If there is more than 1 ohm there is a bad connection in the flashlight that needs corrected.
Good luck and let me know if I can help any more.

COASTHP7 flashlight bulb replacement ?
Try contacting COAST directly. I think they give a Lifetime Warranty on their flashlights. Ask for the repairs department. You never know, they might do it for you under the warranty. There's no harm in asking them.

Sorry, it's a Cyclops flashlight, CYC-TF-1500
All that work I went to for the MG Midget and it is a flashlight! :>D
This is an LED Flashlight, you can't change the 'bulb' because it doesn't have one! This flashlight has a
Cree XHP50 20W LED and a control module attached to it. you just send it back to them and they send you a new one. Make sure your tried new batteries and has them correctly arranged, 6 x AA.
