Hi thereif you are sure that you are only getting a single long beep then that would indicate a problem with either, the powersupply or the mainboard.it is really difficult to advice you on what to do at this point because the error is only a long beep, you would have to bring the computer to me so I could take a closer look at it.So I would recommend you take the machine to a local repairer for a diagnosis.

This is the issue of VGA card , you need to connect your laptop with external monitor and see wether it give clear display or not... otherwise u need to replace ur vga card

The correct video driver may not be installed.Go to Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager and if there is a yellow ! against the Display Adapter then the video driver was not installed.You then need to install the correct video driver, download the video driver from the laptop's manufacture WEB site.
