Ipod disabled
The IPod say 'Disabled try again in 23,257,464 minutes. It wont let me do anything/
My ipod classic says it has 1840 photos and I can
Hold down the
Shift and
Control buttons when you plug in the iPod / iPhone to prevent it from syncing, then from the iTunes menu, click on the device under the left panel.
Make sure you've got "manually manage music and videos" checked as well as "enable disk use," which will come in handy later as it lets the device appear in Windows Explorer as an external drive. As far as images go, for all models of iPod, they're found under the decidedly more public folder Photos, so once you've enabled disk usage, it's pretty easy to find. However, if you haven't checked "include full-resolution photos" under your iPod's Photos tab in iTunes, all you'll see here is a Thumbs folder, which contains the pics in the .ithmb format specifically tailored for the iPod screen. If you're in desperate need of these low-res copies, you can find conversion tools online pretty easiliy.
My E350 station wagon came
There are various types of Ipod cables for cars. Most of them use FM transmitting mechanism whereby you pick an FM station and the music will be transmitted to said station or the type which act as an external auxiliary. With the external auxiliary you have to change the car radio mode to aux. As long as the cable is properly connected and not in bad shape then if you change to auxiliary mode it should play on your car speakers. Try this option and get back to me.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
My 2000 jetta gls, 6 cd player, will not play
If your cd-changer will play normal cd's but not the burned ones then the burned ones are the problem. Some cd changers are not able to play some burned cd's because either the format they were burned in is not compatible(mp3,wma,ect or disc not finalized) or the cd-r type is not compatible(cd-rw,cd-ram or just that particular brand of blank cd). Are the burned cd's just a copy of an original or a collection of MP3 files? If they are MP3 files then the changer or car stereo may not be able to play them or they are not burned in the correct format for the changer. Also sometimes certain brands of burnable cds will not work in some cd players so you could buy a single cd-r of various brands and try each one to see if one works. Also try using a can of compressed air to clean out the cd changer compartment of any dust particles. Make sure the cds are scratch free and no fingerprints. Verify the cd changer magazine is working properly and not cracked/broken ect. Let me know if you have any questions.

CAREFUL not to drop the little sliders for mounting in car they have springs that pull them out of thier home and they **** to get back in remove the top.you should be looking at the top now and can see the cartridge..and a little bit of the cd that was last playing.there's a large gear.. with a pin in a half moon with a little flat tail lookin slot. if the pin is in the little flat area, carefully spin the gear until its out of flat and around to top of moon. cd that was playing is now in cartridge.. on the bottom in the back is another little gear (Between the mechanical case and outer shell) carefully spin that gear until the disk selector is all the way down (if it goes up or doesn't move spin the other way) keep spinning until cartridge ejects if you want reassemble if you just wanted disks toss it as is if reassembling just go reverse face plate goes on last
Hello - My 2001 VW
Hi,
If it's saying "No Changer" then it's possible that one of the connections between the radio and the changer itself has become disconnected, a possible blown fuse or worse still the changer itself has failed.
First of all check the fuse box, make sure there are not any blown fuses there and if you have to refer to your VW manual if you got the CD multi-changer with the car.
Locate the changer itself and check that any leads has not become disconnected and check behind the radio itself to make sure nothing has become disconnected.
Once you have checked all connections on the radio and changer, and checked the fuses, and you are happy that all seems well then you can try your changer again.
Don't forget to replace any blown fuses you find!!!
If you need anymore help or the changer still is not picked up by the radio please post back.
Good luck.
