There is a compatability issue with older versions of CAD and windows version, I myself work for the geek squad and had a gentleman come up to the counter with a copy of CAD 2006 and windows vista was still incompatiable

I imagine hostmonster is going to host your web site. If they have an FTP that they made then I would use it. Other wise if you have windows Vista it offers a very simple way to FTP your site from your computer to their host computer. If you need more help with how to FTP let me know because there are several walkthroughs online. (by the way FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol)

If it is not the FTP that you having a problem with then it must be the username/password from the host site (hostmonster) that is bad.
