hi, can i have a wire diagram for a M20E please i changed the contractor but still not working i guess misplace some wire? thank you

Electric devices get damaged sometimes by internal corrosion even if you don't use them. If you have the technical knowledge, take apart the control board or control panel, probably you've got some contact problem. you might be able repair it by cleaning or maybe you might need some part to replace. If you don't have real knowledge repairing this kind of an appliance, my best advice: take it to a repair service. Some time ago I tried to do a similar job with my home mixer and had to take pieces in a shoebox to a repair service ; I took it apart, cleaned contacts bur couldn't assemble it againbecause after taking it apat, couldn't assemble it again

By the time you get these, postage and shipping etc, you may as well buy a cheaper handmixer.

Still have the problem with this mixer not turning on? LEt me know if you have checked the breaker and the cord (Check for a loose or disconnected plug end -- Should have the 3 Prong ground attached. This is often the case, but then the 2nd problem is that one of the SAFETY Switches is not engaged, not allowing the mixer to be turned on -- it's a matter of checking each of these symptoms systematically to know for sure. Check your manual that came with it. There's usually a customer service number. Things like that usually must be ordered dirctly from the manufacturer.
