Could be...try to connect each PC by then selves straight to the jack to make sure its not ur PC. If both work and connect the splitter, if problem still exists it the splitter......trash it!

From left to right:

1. White/Orange stripe
2. Orange/White stripe
3. White/Green stripe
4. Blue/White stripe
5. White/Blue stripe
6. Green/White stripe
7. White/Brown stripe
8. Brown/White stripe

Do you mean that you tested the patch lead that connects the patch panel and the hub?
OR
The RJ45 connection at the workstation (one end) and the RJ45 connection at the patch panel (at the other end)?
If these checked out OK then the RJ45 connection at the hub could be faulty, try a different port on the hub, do you get a link light?
The LAN card in the conputer could be faulty, try another computer at the "faulty" workstation to check the network connection.

You should be able to get one at a Frys or Comp USA. Also, try eBay - I've seen them on there before.

Sorry but there is no software available for this panel, You have to change the panel or plz check whether only faulty modules replacement is possible?
