I have a jazz ultratab 9.7" dual core tablet and it won't turn on. What can I do ?
First make sure the battery is charged, then try this 'factory reset' method instead of the one you mentioned (you will loose all data on the device, so hopefully you have a backup): Turn off the unit; hold down the volume up and power buttons at the same time until the system recovery screen appears, then scroll down to 'Factory Reset' using the volume button and select using the power button.
