I have the same problem with a T-K3. The Takagi support site recommended cleaning the burner. When the plummer arrived to attempt the cleaning, he was not convinced that it would help. He called the Takagi 800 number and let them hear the problem over the phone. They had him set the fan speed dip switch (#4 on the upper left bank of switches) to the up ("on") position and reset the system. Problem resolved! Why they didn't recommend this when I contacted them, I haven't got a clue. Anyway, the system hasn't vibrated in several days of use.

I have had the same problem everyone else has had with these pumps. I did serious research on these pumps and came up with a rebuild kit some parts bought some I make. I did mine 2 years ago and still working like a champ and have done over 20 locally with no problems. If your pump is noisy or the impeller has fallen off (typical) due to water getting in the unit and causing the bearings to fail email me and I can rebuild your pump. Read and FOLLOW EXACTLY the spray material directions for mixing and use. Wear protective clothing including gloves and eye protection when spraying. Do not smoke, eat or drink when spraying; "wash up" afterwards. Spray on a calm day. Otherwise, winds may blow spray material off target. It's often best to spray in the early morning or late afternoon so excessive heat won't quickly evaporate the spray material. Follow the directions for use and maintenance that come with your applicator. Dispose of left over spray material and clean your applicator according to the directions on the spray material and with the applicator. Keep spray materials and applicator away from children and pets. Do not store spray materials in any but the original container in which they were purchased.

Look underneath the sink and you will find the lever that moves the drain up and down. It is probably stuck.

Disconnect the door so the belt and pulleys will run without a large weight to move. If they move ok, reattach the door and try again but help the door move with your hand. If it moves ok then, the door levers and joints may be too stiff and need lubicating and wiggling until they move freely.
