Have you tried a through cleaning of the fridge's condenser coils?

Did you make sure the switch was working? Ours went out and it was the switch.

I suggest you go to the product support site for this fridge and download the user manual as I do not have this available for download here.

The drain tube that drains out the water is plugged. It runs from inside the cabinet to under the refrigeration unit outside the cabinet. Try to clean it out with a can of compressed air used to clean keyboards and see of that works.

if you tried to adjust the temperature and the cooler continues to freeze the food then replace the thermostat attached to the control knob. Thermostats fail in different ways Link=> HERE APPLIANCE 911

May mean that the closing band of the door does not seal properly, but rather in most cases the thermostat is faulty

Look on the model/serial # plate, the refrigerant it uses should be listed on the plate along with "hi" and "low" side pressure ratings.

check refrigerant load of the system . refrigerant leak is one cause . if refrigerant load is alright , check compressor. if compressor is running with the right amount of refrigerant load but does not cool., call a technician to check pressures -- low side and high side. thanks . .
