My Tripp Lite SRCOOL12K led
Hello, Ron.
P1 is a water tank error. Could be an alert that the internal bucket is full of water. Drain with a long tube and gravity.
If still a problem after you've emptied it, make sure that the reservoir is positioned correctly. Also, check the timer controls.
Hope this helps.
UPS stopped working
I appreciate the suggestions. Let me add some additional detail that might help me get more helpful suggestions. The display on the unit is completely blank (black) with nothing showing. I've tried unplugging everything from all outlets and pressing the on/off button and holding it for more than 1 sec. and no matter what I've tried the display won't show anything so there aren't any red lights, or visual clues what's going on. I only know that items plugged into the non-battery backed-up outlets work and items plugged into the batter backed-up outlets don't.The owner's manual says it's not user serviceable and I've been able to find the compatible battery online, but I'm not inclined to spend the time/money until I feel more confident it will solve the problem.Any thoughts on how to diagnose and then resolve the problem? Thanks,Randy

Windows XP isn't recognizing the new device because it is probably using USB 3.0 protocol.
