You have several options: 1. Follow the instructions for the computer that came with it or that can be found on the manufacturer website. 2. Go to a bike co-op for help 3. Have a bike shop install it. 4. Provide some useful info here such as the make and model of the bike computer. Without that nobody can help you.

If you have air in a hydraulic brake then you will loose braking ability, the lever will be soft and may not even actuate the brake caliper. I've never heard of brake fluid expanding from heat, but I suppose it would be possible. It sounds like you take you bike to your Bike Dealer and have them service your brakes, making sure the rotors aren't warped/bent and the pads rotor are within wear tolerance. Inspect the brake lines for any damage or kinks and perhaps have them perform a fluid change and bleed the system.

Some handlebar stems can be simply rotated towards you (Allen wrench to loosen and tighten), while others need to be replaced with a shorter stem. Before doing anything, however, I recommend you first get a good opinion from your local bike shop on whether your seat is in the right position (height, as well as fore/aft). Then, they can help determine if the handlebars need to be closer and if it's just a simple adjustment. Note: If stem actually needs to replaced with a shorter version, be careful about spending a significant % of the bike's worth.

Depends on the tube valve type (Presta or Schrader). Some tire pumps are for Presta, some for Schrader, and some for either. Schrader valves look the same as your car tire, while Presta valves are skinnier, and need to be unscrewed, at the top, to fill. You only need an adapter if your pump and tube are opposite.

Check youtube my friend, there are great instructional videos there.Remove wheel from front forks, release any air from tyre, using 2 plastic tyre removal tools to remove tyre. Further instructions will be found on youtube.

For help with maintenance check to see if you have a bike co-op nearby or a bike shop that offers repair clinics. Online the best sources by far are Sheldon Brown Articles about Bicycle Tinkering for Do It Yourselfers (be sure to check the Bicycle Glossary for help with terminology) and Park Tool Repair Help and Education. Videos can be helpful but often leave out important info and some times are just plain incorrect. Refer to them after checking written instructions.
