i just had this problem with my tmaxx 3.3,was driving it and heard a pop and no more drive,would justroll a bit at a time while the rpms were racing higher and higher.looked at everything and looked fine.took the transmission apart and looked fine also.tried to hold the spur gear to see if it was strong with turning the tires,could feel a slip with it as i turned it,there is a pin that holds the gear to the shaft and it broke inside the gear replaced all is good now,happy racing

Press the ez-set button on the esc (the one with the heatsink) for ten seconds until it changes color and gives a beeptone,green is low voltage detection on for use with lipo batteries,if they are fully discharged they are dead,the detection system cuts power beyond 3v per cell so that the lipo isnt dameged

Youre not setting the right gap between spur gear and clutch bell. all the adjustment is on the engine side so once you got youre spur gear in place loosly fit the engine. Push the engine close to the spur gear so the teeth interlock. Cut a long thin piece of paper and feed it throgh the teeth.turn the clutch bell around. It should feel the same all the way through the turn. If not push the engine closer if it starts feeling loose or ease it away if it starts feeling tight. the paper should come out the other end with a step pattern. the reason for the paper and turning the clutch bell is even though the teeth are intwined at first, once you turn say 3 quaters of a turn if the engine and transmission is not parallel it can move 3 to 5mm in either direction. Lastly use thread lock on all bolts as the vibration can move these and hey presto you are getting another one. Hope this helps.

yes it is to cold you have to turn down the fuel mix its running to rich

Check to make sure you don't have a bad servo. When you pick it up the wheels will spin just do to the amount of power the little engine is putting out. Put when you pull the trigger do they go faster? If not then the check these1. make sure your trims are set correctly on the remote2. you are on the right frequency - usually there are 3 settings..frequency can be checked by making the tires move side to side also.3. if you have the trim set right, and the right frequency then you may need to replace the servo
