Insert the correct Map disc. This often happens when you buy a Japanese Import that was made for the Japanese Market and the car finds itself in America or Australia and realizes via its GPS signal that it is in the wrong country, so it asks for the correct Map Disc to update itself. Or you disconnected the battery.
I trust it is in a Toyota as OEM equipment and not purchased used and fitted to a 1989 Honda Civic? They are monitored by the Toyota BCM Computer network.

It has ABS, you need a pressurized bleed system that puts the brake fluid in at the wheel slave cylinder end pushes it up to the master cylinder reservoir.

You use a bi-directional Scan Tool Computer to open the ABS Valves.

Do you have a battery in it? If so, charge the battery with a 6 amp battery charger overnight. Charge it in the vehicle, DON'T remove it.
if they do and they have not got permission from toyota to reproduce said item,then they are headed for the courts.....you have to buy them in europe.....£18 each...
Hey...! I faced one problem in my Mark 2 recently am change my all fuel injectors + rail and also fuel pressure sensor before changing there is 2 codes.
1: system is to lean.
2: EDU (Electronic Drive Unit)
Now first code is solved but second code is still And then after 3000 RPM limiter starts.
What's your opinion in this case Am also a Automotive Mechanic.

They appear to have been custom builts and not a genuine Toyota product line. It would depend on what chassis they were put on.
On my slightly more modern Lexus Toyota, it is all done from a single stalk on the lower right side of the steering column below the wiper / washer functions. There is a certain speed you have to be going for it to be operative, something like 35mph.
Press the button in the end to turn it on. Light on dash 'Cruise'.
Push stalk down to maintain the speed you are at.
Pull the stalk towards you to Cancel or touch Foot Brake.
Push stalk up to Resume your previously set speed.
