Whenever you are doing something that involves TDC (you don't say WHAT you are doing), not only must cylinder 1 be on TDC, but it must also be on the firing stroke with both inlet and exhaust valves closed. A 2015 Camry is relatively new and should not be having any mechanical issues as long as the oil and filter are changed every 5,000 miles. My Lexus ES330 Camry has done 270,000 km. Does the noise speed up when the engine speed increases? It is does, it could be many things. It is doesn't it could be suspension related. The only way to check is to either take it to a garage or get a friend to help. If you are female, take a man with you. ..

In your picture, on the air intake pipe (just above the air filter box), there is a hole.. there should be a MAF sensor in that hole connected to a plug, which tells the ECU how much air the engine is getting, which in turn dictates how much fuel is delivered to the engine! Install a MAF sensor and plug it in! Good luck

Check Relay..

It sounds like it needs cleaning and servicing, and perhaps new blades. They should be serviced every year if you use it a lot. Why is my overlocker not cutting? If the fabric is not cut properly by the overlock machine, or the machine pulls the fabric into the machine, the blades are probably dull or damaged. When you use your locker a lot, the knives become dull, especially when using thick and special fabrics.

What EXACTLY does it do when you turn the key? Nothing at all when you turn the key? Dashboard lights come on but just go dim when you try to start the engine? Or a very lazy attempt to start when you turn the key? For this check your battery. An old battery, (more than 5 years old), can hold a full charge but can be too weak to turn the starter motor. If you just have the battery light on this is probably a good place to start.

There are usually two. Both on the exhaust system. The first is on the manifold, where the exhaust pipe joins and the other is after the first expansion box or Catalytic Convertor. There are pressure sensors as well at the Cat so check first.
